移动式直线电动活塞压缩机的振动特性分析

摘    要:讨论了移动式直线电动活塞压缩机机体上的激振力,理论推导和数值分析了机体振动微分方程式。研究表明,直线电动活塞压缩机机体上的激振力不同于传统的压缩机,属于百简谐的周期力,活塞换向阶段激振力最大,其余大部分时间内其很小;机体不仅随激振力作主振动,而且受机体固有频率影响作周期性低频振动;所得结论为直线电动活塞压缩机的减振设计奠定了理论基础。

Abstract:The exciting forces on the body of a movable piston compressor driven by tube linear motor(MPCDTLM)are discussed.The differential equations of body vibration of MPCDTLM are theoretically analyzed.It is indicated that the exciting force on the body of MPCDTLM is distinct from general compressor.The body vibration of MPCDTLM is influenced by,not only the exciting force,but also the free running frequency of the body.The exciting force remains a small value in the most of operating time,unless the piston reverses.A basis of damping design of MPCDTLM is laid in this paper.
