| 摘 要： | 针对地勘单位的现状和发展趋势，结合自己的管理实践，提出了地勘企业经营管理的基本原则和目标；建立了地勘企业在市场经济条件下的生产函数，分析了生产函数中各个量对 Ｑ（ 生产） 的影响； 并由此得出地勘企业最佳生产值的设计方案和加强经营管理的几点建议。

| Abstract: | In the light of situation and development trendency, basic principle and objective of management and administration of geologic prospecting enterprises are put forward based on our administration practice. Under market economy system, productive function is established, at meanwhile, the influence level of each variable in productive function is analyzed. And then the design scheme of optimum value of the produce of geologic prospecting enterprises and some suggestions to strengthen management and administration are put forward. |
