基于Web的电压稳定监控系统设计

摘    要:为满足电网调度与管理人员实时了解电网电压稳定情况的需要,开发基于Web的电力系统电压稳定监控系统。该系统Web应用程序使用Visual C#.NET开发,后台数据库采用SQL Server2000,数据源来自电力系统潮流计算与稳定计算程序的结果。开发过程使用了ASP.NET和ADO.NET等关键技术,采取了多种安全控制措施。所开发系统能够根据用户类型发布节点灵敏度、线路灵敏度和系统损耗灵敏度等电压稳定数据与分析结果。开发实例证明,采用C#.NET开发可以提高系统的开发效率,加强程序通用性,较好地满足电力系统运行方式改变和参数变化时数据监控的需求。

Design of the Monitoring System of Voltage Stability Based on Web

Abstract:In order to meet the needs of dispatching and monitoring the voltage stability of power grid in real-time, a monitoring system of voltage stability is developed based on web. The programming of web in the system is exploited by Visual C#.NET, and the background database management system is exploited by SQL Server2000, the data sources come from the flow calculating in the power system and results of stability calculating program. During the development, some key technologies such as ASP.NET and ADO.NET are utilized and security controlling measures are taken. According to different users, the developed system can release voltage stability data and analysis the results including bus sensitivity, line sensitivity, and loss sensitivity and so on. The example shows that the system designing by C#.NET can improve development efficiency, better the program universality and satisfy the demands of data monitoring under the conditions that the power system working modes and parameters change.
