超轻珍珠岩粉煤灰建筑保温材料的研究

摘    要:超轻型膨胀珍珠岩粉煤灰建筑保温材料具有密度轻、导热系数低、保温隔热性能好、强度高、掺灰量大(可达30%~40%)等特点,是一类节能型的新型墙体和保温材料.本文在研究材料密度与其力学性能关系的基础上,分别就400kg/m~3和700kg/m~3两个密度等级材料的性能及其影响因素作了探讨,并明确了其各自的适用范围.

Abstract:Based on the research on the relationship of apparent density and mechanics property of insulation building material made of extralight expended pearlite and 30% -40% fly ash,a probe into the properties and influence factors of the material, which apparent densities are 400 kg/m3 and 700 kg/ m3 respectively,was carried out,and it application region was defined clearly in this study.
