| 摘 要： | 本文对用凹凸棒石代替大部分α型海泡石和石棉生产保温涂料进行了较系统的试验研究,确定了工业化的生产配方、生产工艺和生产设备;分析了凹凸棒石代替海泡石的作用机理以及对产品性能的影响,并对实际应用情况进行了介绍.

| Abstract: | A more systematic experiment research was made on producing insulation coating, in which the attapulgite clay was uesd as a substitute for most a sepiolite and asbestos. The industrialized formular, production process and equipments were determined. The mechanism of substitution of attapulgite clay for a sepiolite and the influence of substitution on product properties were analysed. The practical application state was described as well. |
