协同文件管理的研究

随着因特网的发展，以地域分布的方式来存储和管理企业文件成为一种很普遍的现象。跨地域的企业需要一种比较便捷的方式来共享这些分布在不同地方的文件或者协同完成它们的设计。针对在开发协同文件管理系统的构建模块时可能会遇到的一些基本问题，研究了文件协同的管理，并为用户上下文、文件上下文和协同上下文这3个正交的构建模块提供了一套比较完整的解决方案，包括用户群组管理、文件安全管理、文件关系管理以及文件流程控制。

Research on collaborative document management

With the growth of Intemet, it was common that documents were stored and managed in a distributed fashion. Virtual enterprises whose organizations were located geographically dispersed need to share the disseminated documents or to collaborate the design of documents in an easier way. The management of document collaboration was investigated and solutions was proposed for fundamental problems that would encountered in the development process of the building blocks of a collaborative document management system. An integrated solution for three orthogonal building blocks was provided, including the user context, the document context and the collaboration context. It covered the user group management, the security policy of documents, the management of document relationships and the control of document flows.
