| 摘 要： | 南方电网、广东电网“十一五”期间大量高端电网项目的建设，有力地促进了广东省电力设计研究院(Guangdong Electric Design Institute，GEDI)的发展，GEDI借此大力推行电网多项目管理， 通过机构改革、总结经验，建立了包括多项目管理标准化、信息化、系统控制3大平台的电网项目管理体系，逐步完善、提升了电网项目管理工作。
