摘    要:研究设计了一种由独立于提升容器运行的自驱动平台和无线数据采集设备组成的缺陷检测系统,系统设计了传感器融合技术,可以准确检测出立井刚性导轨的缺陷特征。检测平台沿着导轨运行过程中的振动加速度、倾角和位移多种动态参数可通过自带无线设备发送到电脑端,上位机可进行数据的分析与显示,系统具有较强的稳定性及移植性。

Abstract:Designing a testing platform that independent of the lifting container. Through the platform along the guide rail we can acquire a variety of dynamic sensor data such as Angle sensor and displacement sensor and so on. The data is sent to PC through the wireless device. After analyzing data,finally we can observe the fault information of the rigid guide of Vertical shaft dynamically. The system has strong stability and portability.
