乳化煤油脱硫降灰效果实验研究

摘    要:为了考察乳化煤油影响邢台高硫煤的浮选脱硫降灰效果,分别应用乳化煤油与煤油作为捕收剂,采用可燃体回收率、浮选完善度、脱硫率为评价指标,对煤样进行实验室浮选试验,试验结果表明乳化煤油具有更好的选择性,在可燃体回收率相同的情况下,具有乳化煤油精煤灰分更低,同时确定了最佳捕收剂用量;采用分级浮选考察了乳化煤油的脱硫降灰效果。通过对煤样与药剂作用前后的接触角和Zeta电位的对比,初步探讨了乳化煤油脱硫降灰的机理。

Abstract:To investigate the desulphuration and deashing effect of emulsified kerosene to Xingtai high sulfur content coal,the emulsified kerosene and kerosene were employed as collector to do the lab flotation experiment,and the combustible material recovery,flotation perfectness and desulphuration rate were used as evaluation index. The results showed that the emulsified kerosene had a better selectivity,at the case of same combustible material recovery,the ash content was lower using emulsified kerosene as collector than using kerosene,and the best collector dosage was determined. The classification flotation was adopted to investigate the desulphuration and deashing effect of emulsified kerosene. The mechanism of desulphuration and deashing was discussed through the contrast the contact angle and Zeta potential of coal sample before and after agent acted.
