破碎煤岩体钻锚注一体化加固技术研究

摘    要:锚注加固技术已经成为地下岩土工程中重要的围岩加固措施,其对于破碎煤岩体、软岩、沉降控制、注浆堵水等工程施工有非常显著的效果。根据多年从事注浆加固工作所积累的经验,提出了一种钻锚注一体化加固技术。结合国内煤矿钻锚注一体化加固工程实例,对煤矿破碎煤岩体的注浆加固效果进行了探讨,得出注浆加固能大幅提高破碎煤岩的完整性,使其承载能力增大,围岩最大主应力向煤壁移近,可有效控制巷道底鼓。

Abstract:Grouting technology is an important and accessorial method to underground works for it has a good effect on reinforcement of soft rock,water blockage,subsidence control,leakage treatment,etc. According to the grouting reinforcement experiences in many years,a grouting reinforcement technique is proposed. The effects of grouting technology are discussed with a project. It is concluded that the grouting reinforcement can significantly improve the integrity of the fractured coal and rock,and make its bearing capacity increase.
