圆迹弛张筛动力学参数对振幅的影响

摘    要:以新设计的弛张筛简化模型为研究对象,建立数学振动模型,求解得到位移和加速度的幅值表达式,进而得到影响弛张筛振幅的动力学参数。然后,通过作图分别讨论了各个参数对振幅的影响。最后,利用ADAMS仿真分析了连接弹簧不同刚度值对振幅的影响,发现仿真结果和手工计算结果非常接近,从而确定所建数学模型和分析方法的可行性;也得到了各动力学参数和振幅关系,为设计弛张筛提供了方法和依据。

Abstract:Taking the simplified flip-flow screen model of new design as the research object establishes mathematical vibration model,and obtains the expressions of displacement and acceleration,further gets the dynamic parameters of effect on flip-flow screen vibration amplitude. Then,using diagraph discusses the effect of parameters on vibration amplitude. Finally,using ADAMS simulation analyzes the effect of the connection spring different stiffness on vibration amplitudes,and finds the results of simulation and handcalculation are very similar,which determines the mathematical models and analysis methods are feasible.The relationship between dynamic parameters and vibration amplitude are also got. All above provide methods and basis for designing flip-flop screen.
