矿井提升系统的改造设计研究

摘    要:矿井提升机的功能会关系到煤矿的运输效率,进而影响开采速度。当前矿井提升机控制系统存在信号传递速度慢、精确度不足、故障诊断能力不强等问题。利用PLC技术对矿井提升系统进行结构改造,介绍系统总体方案,具体阐释故障诊断系统、网络系统、变频调速系统的结构组成。PLC技术能够提高信号传递速度,故障诊断能力强,通过与以太网连接实现远程控制,变频调速系统的设计也提高了对矿井提升机的控制能力。

Abstract:The function of mine hoist is related to coal transport efficiency,thereby affecting the mining speed. The current mine hoist control system has some problems such as signaling slow,insufficient accuracy,fault diagnosis is not strong and so on. Use PLC technology to transform the structure of mine hoist system,describe the system overall program,and get a specific interpretation of the structure of fault diagnosis systems,network systems,frequency control systems. PLC technology can improve the signal transmission speed,fault diagnosis capability,and make remote control come true via the ethernet connection.Frequency control system is also designed to improve mine hoist control capability.
