摘    要:以新疆俄霍布拉克下1煤层工作面坚硬顶板条件为例,利用薄板理论分析了坚硬顶板破断步距。研究结果表明:下1工作面坚硬顶板初次破断步距较大。通过分析坚硬顶板岩性,选择超前预裂爆破方式处理顶板,并优化装药方式,使坚硬顶板初次破断步距由理论值53 m减小为30 m,坚硬顶板处理效果明显,从而消除了因采空区大面积悬顶而造成的风暴和冲击波等事故,为煤矿安全生产提供技术保障,同时为同类条件矿井提供实践参考。

Abstract:Based on the hard roof condition of under coal seam of Ehuobulake mine in Xinjiang Province,the fracture span of the hard roof has been analyzed by using thin-plate theory,the result shows that the fracture span of the hard roof of under1 coal seam is quite large. According to analysis of roof lithology,advanced blasting technique has been selected to control the roof and the explosive charge has been optimized,these measures lead to notable roof control effect,decreasing the theoretical value of fracture span from 53 m to 30 m,which eliminates shockwave and storm accidents caused by massive gob roof-suspend and provides technical guarantee of safety production and practice references for similar condition mines.
