基于计算机模拟技术的胶轮车结构优化设计

摘    要:防爆胶轮车的运输效率影响到煤矿生产效率,保证胶轮车强度的同时降低其质量能够节省生产成本。利用ADAMS建立胶轮车虚拟模型,对模型进行简化并借助HyperWorks计算分析,得到不同限定应力下的厚度变化曲线。分析结果显示销轴连接处应力集中,其他部位应力偏小,采用局部加强的措施能有效降低胶轮车质量,其整体刚度也得到了提高,优化效果良好,值得进一步的研究和分析。

Abstract:The transport efficiency of proof rubber tire vehicle affects coal production efficiency. Ensure the strength of the rubber tire vehicle and reduce its quality can save production costs. This paper uses ADAMS to build a virtual model of tire vehicle,simplifies the model,and expands analysis with the HyperWorks,to get the thickness of the curve under different stress limit. Analysis results show that the stress concentrate at the pin connection and other parts' stress is small. Use local reinforcement measures can effectively reduce tire vehicle's quality and its overall stiffness has been improved. The optimal effect is good and worthy of further study.
