榆阳煤矿近水平煤层高充填率充填工艺技术研究

摘    要:为解决榆阳煤矿2307综采工作面近水平煤层胶结充填难以实现高充填率的难题,提出了合理选择充填口位置、充填区分段充填、充填期间流量控制等工艺措施。工程实践表明:充填区平均充填率达98.5%以上,充填效果良好。该工艺技术同样适用于条带充填、连采充填等胶结充填工作面。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that high filling ratio was difficult to reach in flat seam cemented filling of fully mechanized coalface 2307 in Yuyang coal mine,some filling technologies were proposed,such as rational choice of location for filling head,segmentation filling of filling area,filling flow control during the operation. Engineering practice showed that the average filling ratio of the filling area was as high as more than 98. 5%,and the filling effect was very well. The filling technologies were also applicable to other kinds of cemented filling coalface,such as strip mining,continuous mining.
