基于计算机仿真技术的采煤机截割部可靠性分析

摘    要:采煤机截割部工作时受到冲击荷载作用,对荷载的模拟较为复杂。在ADAMS中建立截割部虚拟模型,利用Matlab对施加荷载进行计算模拟,完成虚拟模型的运动激励。对截割部进行动力仿真和强度、刚度校核,对薄弱环节进行强化处理,实现优化设计。

Abstract:Shearer cutting is subjected to impact load under work and the load simulation is complex. Establishes virtual cutting model on ADAMS and uses Matlab to simulate applied load,to complete the movement incentive of virtual model. The cutting power simulation and strength,rigidity checking helps for intensive treatment on weaknesses,to achieve optimal design.
