裂解气压缩机超低频振动分析

摘    要:针对正常运行的裂解气压缩机突然出现振动上升的情况,对压缩机进行了测试分析,分析结果显示其原因为二段入口介质夹带大量的重组分液体,吸入的液体冲击转子叶轮,使转子发生超低频振动。

Abstract:The vibration of crack gas compressor was tested and analyzed.It was showed that the gas went into the second section with a lot of heavy-composition liquid, which the impeller was impacted and the super-low frequency vibration of the rotor was made.Some measures were put foward by analysing.
