| Abstract: | Factors which affect the safe operation of power system are analyzed. The dispatching management is important. The dispatching management model in China is briefed. In consideration with structural reform of electric power industry and real situation in Langfang regional network,the importance of implementing the principle of unified dispatching is emphasized. |
