摘    要:以钨酸钠和硝酸铵为原料采用水热法制备WO3微米棒。以WO3微米棒为催化剂,H2O2为氧化剂,对模拟油中的二苯并噻吩(DBT)进行催化氧化脱硫研究,考察不同的反应条件对DBT脱除效果的影响,确定适宜的反应条件。结果表明:H2O2/WO3/十六烷基三甲基溴化铵体系对DBT具有较高的脱除率;对于5 mL DBT质量分数为500 μg/g的模拟油,适宜的反应条件为:催化剂WO3纳米棒的用量0.01 g、n(H2O2)/n(DBT)=8、反应温度70 ℃、反应时间1.5 h、萃取剂N-N-二甲基甲酰胺加入量8 mL、萃取时间5 min,在该条件下DBT的脱除率为100%;催化剂循环使用5次后,DBT的脱除率没有明显下降。

Abstract:WO3 nanorods were prepared under hydrothermal conditions using sodium tungstate and ammonium nitrate as raw materials. Oxidative desulfurization reactions of model oil containing dibenzothiophene (DBT) were studied over WO3 nanorods catalyst and using H2O2 as oxidant. The effect of experimental conditions on desulfurization rate was investigated and the optimum reaction conditions were determined. Test results show that H2O2/WO3/CTAB system is effective to remove DBT. Using 5 mL of model oil with DBT mass fraction of 500 μg/g, under the conditions of WO3 nanorods amount of 0.01 g, H2O2/DBT molar ratio of 8, a reaction temperature of 70℃, a reaction time of 1.5 h, using N-N-dimethylformamide as extractant with an amount of 8 mL and an extraction time of 5 min, the removal rate of DBT reaches 100 %. The catalyst is recycled five times and without significant decrease in DBT removal rate.
