| 摘 要： | 在重熔铝锭连续铸造生产中,在线逐模扒渣是铝锭生产中的重要工序,但目前国内外尚没有技术成熟的自动扒渣设备,由人工在恶劣工作条件下完成该项作业.研制的BZJ16-Ⅱ型全自动铝液扒渣机,采用模拟人工除渣方式的动铲定铲扒渣机构、耐高温的齿轮齿条冲渣机构、简单可靠的摆杆式同步机构、带防浪孔渣铲和快速提铲机构成功地解决了对正、同步、扒渣、捞渣和清铲等技术难题,实现了在线逐模扒渣自动化,该机在电解铝生产行业具有重要推广前景.

| Abstract: | It is an important procedure to scrape off the aluminum cinder from moulds one by one in remelting electrolytic aluminum ingot casting. But there have been no grown up automatic cinder scraping machine before. And it still depends on manpower to accomplish the procedure under bad working condition. The automatic aluminum cinder scraper is developed,has implemented automatic scraping on-line successfully. It will obtain wide application in electrolytic aluminum production. |
