混合玻璃纤维隔板

摘    要:阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池使用的AGM(Absorptiveglassmaterials)技术限制隔板的吸酸量,成为限制电池比能量提高的原因之一。简单介绍了在亲水性玻璃纤维中添加憎水纤维制成混合玻璃纤维隔板的过程,对新型隔板的性能作了相应的研究,发现新型隔板的多方面性能都有提高,用新型隔板组装的电池能有效提高灌酸量和加快灌酸速度,对电池容量和电池循环寿命的提高起到了一定的作用,在电池的寿命检测中未发现电池早期干涸。因此憎水纤维在阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池隔板的制造中是一种有效的原材料。

Abstract:The absorbed acid amount are limited by the AGM(Absorptive glass materials) technology which is used in valve regulated lead acid battery. It is one of the reason to confine the improvement of compare-capacity. The way, that to produce a new kind of separator made from proportion hydrophobe fibre mixed in glass fibre, was recommended simply. The performances of this new kind of separator were investigated. The improvement on performances were discovered. The battery, which made from this new kind of separator, the amount of acid was elevated and the speed of filling was heightened. The increase in capacity and cycle number of battery were found. The previous dry up of battery was not found at the examination of battery life. So, to produce the separator used in valve regulated lead acid battery, hydrophobe fibre is a valid raw material.
