管道涂层防腐蚀技术的现状与展望

摘    要:管道运输在世界上已经有一百多年的历史,管道防腐蚀技术有了很大发展,开发了许多新的防腐材料和技术,虽然如此,但仍未从根本上解决问题.本文重点简述了埋地钢质管道内外防腐常用的几种材料的特性,包括FBE、三层PE、双层环氧、聚氨酯沥青和环氧内减阻涂料等.在应用上,目前已经形成了多种性能优良的管道防腐蚀涂层并存的局面,虽然我国的管道防腐技术发展很快,但与发达国家相比,还存在着不少问题,主要包括涂层质量不稳定、跟踪检测评估技术和补口技术落后等.随着我国能源政策的调整,长输管线的建设将在我国形成高潮,同时对防腐技术提出了新的要求,可以相信,通过有关方面的共同努力,通过新材料、新工艺、新技术的不断采用,我国的管道防腐技术会日臻完善,我国的管道建设也必将取得更大的成就.

Abstract:Pipeline transportation has had the history of more than 100 years on world, pipeline anticorrosion technology has got great development, people have developed a lot of new anticorrosive material and technology, but they do not solve problem from foundation. This paper has summarized property of some kinds of internal and external anticorrosive materials for buried steel pipeline include FBE, three - layer PE, double - deck ring oxygen, polyurethane pitch and ring oxygen, reducing hindrance paint. On application, various fine pipeline anticorrosion coats coexist, the pipeline anticorrosive technology of our country has developed rapidly but comparing with developed countries, there are a lots of problems, mainly including coat quality instability, evaluate technology is skill backward etc. . Along with the adjustment of the energy policy of our country, the construction of pipeline will form climax in our country, it has made new requirement for anticorrosive technology, by unceasing adopting of new material, new technology, the pipeline anticorrosive technology of our country can become better day by day, the pipeline construction of our country will also get larger achievements.
