| 摘 要： | 基于光机电技术和控制理论,以TMS320LF2407A数字信号处理器为核心,建立了一种数字式的传感器制备系统.根据传感器制备系统的机械原理、总体结构和各个组成部分的实现方式,提出了基于TMS320LF2407A的控制系统的设计与实现.
