螺栓扭矩系数影响因素的研究及应用

摘    要:阐述了螺栓扭矩系数的概念,综述了扭矩系数影响因素的实验研究及应用。指出螺纹表面及支撑面的摩擦系数决定着扭矩系数的大小。开展扭矩系数影响因素的研究,其目的在于设法降低扭矩系数值并提高其稳定性。对于重大的户外高强度螺栓连接结构,应该重视环境温度和湿度因素对扭矩系数的影响。

Abstract:The concepts of threaded bolts torque coefficient were presented, the experimental research status of influence factors that determine the torque-tension relationship and its application were reviewed. The frictions of thread and supporting plane determine the torque coefficient. The purposes of the research lies in to lower torque coefficient and improve its stability. The environmental temperature and humidity should be more considered for the significant outdoor high strength bolts connection sites.
