摘    要:对新一代原油储罐用钢板12MnNiVR(XG610D)的力学性能、焊接性能、耐蚀性能做了介绍,湘钢开发的XG610D钢板工业生产性能稳定,通过特殊冶金工艺生产钢板焊接线能量提高到200kJ/cm以上,完全能满足工程建设的需要,为提高施工焊接效率提供了可能,取得了较好的经济效益。

Abstract:Mechanical properties,weldability and corrosion resistance of a new generation crude oil storge tank steel plate 12MnNiVR ( XG610D ) was introduced. XC,610D steel plate developed and industrial produced by Xiangtan Iron and Steel Co. , Ltd. exhibits steady quality. Through a special metallurgy process the heat input of the steel plate was increased to more than 200 kJ/cm, fully meets the needs of engineering construction. It provided the possibility to enhance welding efficiency and achived good economic benefits.
