回收铅渣中碳酸铅工艺条件研究

摘    要:研究了通过纯碱与铅渣中的硫酸铅反应转化为碳酸铅的工艺,得出了该反应的最佳工艺条件为:反应温度为70℃,纯碱浓度为2mol/L,纯碱理论用量为140%,固液比为4∶1,反应时间为4h。在此条件下,铅的浸出率可达94%。

Abstract:To reseach the conversion process of soda ash and lead sulfate in lead slag for lead carbonate,and obtain the optimum process conditions.The results showed when reaction temperature was 70 ℃,soda ash concentration was 2 mol/L,soda ash theoretical amount was 140%,the ratio of liquid to solid was 4∶1,reaction time was 4 hours,the leaching rate of lead could reach 94%.
