基于判定树归纳法的公司治理组合机制实证研究

一般的,公司治理机制划分为内部治理机制和外部治理机制,它们共同作用产生一定的公司绩效.首先选择设计了15个公司内部与外部治理机制的实证分析指标和1个公司绩效指标;接着,以收集到的截至3月26日已发布2002年度年报的305家公司沪市上市公司为样本,用数据挖掘技术对其实证分析指标数值进行了实证分析处理,得到了公司治理机制不同组合和公司绩效之间的对应关系;最后根据可信度和支持度相结合的原则对得到的对应关系进行检验,从中遴选出科学有效的规则,这为公司科学设计治理机制组合、提高绩效提供借鉴.

Demonstrative study of decision tree method-based fabricated mechanism of corporate governance

Generally, corporate governance mechanisms include both internal and external governance. Internal governance mechanisms include incentive mechanisms, supervision and control mechanisms, decision mechanisms and entrepreneur election mechanisms; external mechanisms include control market mechanisms and contingent governance mechanisms of banks. These governance mechanisms result in corporate performance. By using data mining technique, 305 listed companies were studied and a corresponding relationship was identified between fabricated mechanism of corporate governance and corporate governance. This research provides a reference for constructing legitimate fabricated mechanism and improving performance.
