摘    要:用传统的氧化物法制备了化学式为Y3-a-2bGdaCa2bFe5-b-c-xWbIncMnxO12的复合石榴石铁氧体,研究了不同Mn含量对其高频软磁性能的影响。结果表明,随x的增加,电阻率ρ大幅上升,介电损耗和磁损耗下降,且Ms比不含Mn(x=0)的样品略有下降。

Abstract:The composite garnet ferrite with a chemical formula Y3-a-2bGdaCa2bFe5-b-c-xVbIncMnxO12 was prepared by a conventional oxide compound method. And the influence of the Mn content on the high-frequency soft magnetic properties was researched . It is found that, with the increase of x, the electrical resistivity increases greatly, dielectric and magnetic loss decrease greatly. And compared with the sample without Mn substitution, the Ms decreases slightly.
