| 摘 要： | 目的：改进对羧基苯磺酰胺的合成工艺。方法：对甲苯磺酰胺首先在碱性环境下与高锰酸钾发生氧化反应，然后再酸化生成对羧基苯磺酰胺。结果：目标化合物结构经红外光谱确证，总收率为73．7％。结论：该方法反应条件温和，成本较低，有利于工业化生产。

| Abstract: | Aim: To improve the synthetic procedur of p-carboxybenzenesulfonic amide.Methods: P-carboxybenzenesulfonic amide was synthesized by potassium permanganate oxydation under the alkalinity environment and acidification from p-toluenesulfonic amine.Results:The chemical structure of the synthesized product was confirmed by IR,and the total yield reached to 73.7%.Conclusion:This synthetic process is suitable for industrial preparation by its lower cost and mild reaction conditions. |
