| 摘 要： | 以湖南工业大学外国语学院英语专业04级和05级学生为调查对象，对其正在修习的现代信息检索课程的重要性，学习本课程前后获取资料的方式。本课程授课方式、内容，理论课时与上机时间安排以及教师选择等问题进行了调查与分析。建议高校将信息检索课列为公共必修基础课，同时重视本课程师资队伍建设，教师在教学中应当重视学生信息应用能力的培养。
