| 摘 要： | 磷铵生产能力由6万吨/年提高到8万吨/年,由于浓缩系统绝大部分设备与管线未改,给生产带来一系列问题.为提高P2O5收率,降低硫酸、磷矿消耗,对翻盘式过滤机过滤面的分配进行调整、加大浓缩真空度,稀磷酸浓度提高0.5%P2O5,磷酸生产消耗降低.改造后2个月获得30多万元的直接经济效益.

| Abstract: | Some fauls were brought by the concentration system unchanged with extended capality from 60 kt/at to 80 kt/a. Through modificafion to filtration area of tilting pan filter, it resulted in raising concentration vacuum, increasing by 0.5% P 2O 5 dilute phosphoric acid concentration, reducing consumption and obtaining the economic benefit of over 0.3 million RMB Yuan within 2 months. |
