| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了普通纯棉花布染底的工艺过程及真蜡印花布的套染底色的特点,通过分析比较各种染底工艺流程的利弊,提出了浅底色蜡印布打底与二次整纬拉幅同机进行的染底工艺,大大缩短了传统的蜡印布染底工艺流程,是降低蜡印布成本的有效途径之一。该蜡印布染底工艺设计合理可操作,值得推广。

| Abstract: | The article introduced the ground color dyeing process for general pure cotton fabric,as well as the specialties of topping ground color on real wax print.Through analyzing and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various technical processes of ground color topping the article suggested a new method of color topping in which the process of color padding is combined with the processes of weft straightening,stentering and roll batching.This new method greatly shortened the traditional technical process for ground color dyeing on real wax print.It is one of the effectual ways to reduce the cost of real wax print.This technical processing design,being used for topping ground color on real wax print,is reasonable,workable and worth to be promoted. |
