临安钙基土制备高效活性膨润土的研究

摘    要:活性膨润土在石油化工、环境保护等领域有十分广阔的应用前景.通过采用天然膨润土为原料,提纯后用硫酸溶液进行活化, 反应产物经水洗、分离后得到活性膨润土,并且对活化产物进行性能测试,并初步研究了硫酸的质量分数、活化时间、活化温度和不同膨润土原料对氢转换量和游离酸量的影响,并提出了制备活性膨润土的最佳的反应条件.测试结果表明产物是氢转换量高,游离酸低的高活性膨润土.

Abstract:The prospect for the application of activated bentonite is very broad in the fields of petrochemical industry and environmental protection. The natural bentonite was purified and then activated by H_2SO_4 solution. The precipitates were washed with water and centrifuged; and therefore the activated bentonite was obtained. The properties of synthesized activated bentonite were characterized, and the influences of H_2SO_4 solution concentration, reactive time, reactive temperature and different bentonites on H-CEC and free acid were studied. The optimal conditions were put forward on the basis of above investigations. The results show that the materials have high H-CEC and low free acid.
