| 摘 要： | 为了免除异性纤维对成纱及成品造成疵点,在开清棉流程中广泛采用异性纤维在线检出装置.介绍了CCH型高效自动分拣异纤机的结构特点、各项参数的设置原则及其作用,CCH型高效自动分拣异纤机的主要参数有:照明亮度、喷嘴气阀的开启时间和延迟时间等,合理设置其主要工艺参数,对异性纤维检出率影响显著,生产中应根据实际情况合理设置.

| Abstract: | To avoid the product defects of profile fiber,online profile fiber checking set was used in opening and cleaning circulation widely.The structure speciality of CCH high effective automatic sorting profile fiber machine and setting principles & function of each parameter were introduced.The main parameters of CCH high effective automatic sorting profile fiber machine include lighting illumination,opeoing time & delay time of jet nozzle air cock and so on.Configuring the main processing parameters reasonably has evident influence on profile fiber checking rate,so in the production the processing parameters should be set according to the practice. |
