钢铁工业固体废弃物资源化途径

摘    要:介绍了采矿废石、选矿尾矿和冶金废渣资源化技术现状及发展方向。探讨了利用固体废物中非金属矿物作为环境材料,特殊含钍、稀土、钛高炉渣综合利用,以及钢铁渣作水泥、混凝土活性掺合料等方面存在的问题及解决途径,认为微细粒高效分选技术对提高工业固体废物资源化技术水平十分重要。

Abstract:Current investigations and the application potentials of the resourcing technology to utilize mining gangue, mineral processing tailings and metallurgical slag were reviewed. The technical problems and the possible solutions in using non-metal minerals in the solid wastes as environmental materials, the comprehensive recovery of special blast furnace slag containing Th, Ti and rare earths, the application of steel slag as active admixtures for cement concretes, have been discussed. It is concluded that the efficient separation of ultrafine particles plays a crucial role in improving utilization effectiveness of solid wastes as a secondary resource and worth receiving more attention.
