高炉炉顶布料器传动系统动力学仿真

摘    要:分析了某钢铁股份公司炼铁厂高炉无料钟高炉炉顶布料器的工作原理,应用Pro/E及Mechanism/Pro模块与ADAMS进行联合建模,建立了无料钟高炉炉顶布料器的虚拟样机。应用ADAMS对其传动系统正常运行状态进行了动力学仿真,得到了与理论计算结果相符合的动力学仿真结果。验证了该虚拟样机的正确性,为布料器的故障诊断提供了条件,同时也为类似虚拟样机的三维建模及动力学仿真提供了借鉴。

Abstract:In this paper, the principle of operation for the transmission system blast furnace top charge distributor from the iron & steel companies analyzed .The virtual prototype of blast furnace top charge distributor is modeled by Pro/E, Mechanism/Pro and ADAMS. Consequently, the dynamic simulation for the drive system under the conditions of normal operation behavior is made with ADAMS, the dynamic simulation results consistent with the calculation of theory. The validity of the virtual prototyping is verified, these provide convenience for further study of malfunction diagnosis of distributor, also provide a reference for these 3-D modeling & dynamic simulation of virtual prototype.
