氮气弹簧式精冲级进模具的设计

摘    要:从刹车片的成形工艺、材料排样、模具结构、模具主要零件的设计等几个方面介绍了刹车片多工位级进模的设计.在冲床精度较低的情况下,通过使用双重导向形式,达到了零件的精度要求.并且对氮气弹簧的应用进行了论述,对满足多工位级进模中零件的平面度要求提出了另一种解决方法.

Abstract:The design of the multi_position progressive die for brake piece was introduced from the aspects of the forming progress, the stock layout, the die structure and the design of the main parts of the die. By using double oriented form, the part that has been produced with the die measure up to with quest that manufacture asked for, in case the national presses are lower precision. Besides using nitrogen spring is discussed. I give another resolving method in improving the plane tolerance of compound die part.
