新型多功能折叠自行车的设计计算研究

摘    要:通过对普通折叠自行车的前后车架、中间车架和车篮等关键性结构进行创新,设计了一种集自行车、轮椅、推车于一体的新型多功能折叠自行车.阐述了该新型折叠自行车各关键创新构件的设计以及自行车变轮椅变推车的原理,同时对自行车车轮架和车篮变轮椅坐垫时横螺栓的强度进行了校核,得出该折叠自行车结构设计合理,强度校核充裕,满足不同骑行者的使用要求.

Abstract:The common folding bicycle frames, the middle frame and the vehicle basket and other key structure are innovated in this paper and a new muhifunctional bicycle, wheelchairs, strollers in one of the folding bicycle is designed. The paper expounds the design of the novel folding bicycle key innovation component and principle of bicycle changed into wheelchair or cart. And the fork wheel frame of bicycle and the cross bolt strength of wheelchair cushion changed by a basket are checked. It is obtained that the folding bicycle structure is reasonable and the folding bicycle meets the requirements of different rider and accords with international safety requirements of bicycles.
