| 摘 要： | 本文针对大连市水文、水务、气象雨情信息不共享,且没有对外公开这一问题,设计开发了大连雨情信息整合系统。该系统的实现有效解决了上述问题,为进一步推动大连市水务现代化具有重要意义。
