《食品科学导论》双语教学的探讨

摘    要:本文对《食品科学导论》的双语教学实践过程中的课程编排、教学模式、及具体教学方法进行了探讨,对教学效果进行了总结,结果表明,本文所采用的方法可以极大增强学习的学习热情,有效提高学生用英文进行本专业知识的学习能力和交流能力,是一条可行的双语教学之路。

Abstract:This paper expresses views on curriculum design, teaching pattern and detailed teaching method of the practice bilingual education of Introduction to Food Science, and summarizes teaching effectiveness of the practice. The result shows that the method adopted in this paper can greatly boost students' enthusiasm in learning and promote their ability to acquire and exchange specialized knowledge in English. Thus, it is a feasible method for bilingual education.
