| 摘 要： | 会计学研究生教育作为我国会计高等教育结构中的最高层次，是在本科教育的基础上培养高层次会计专门人才的教育，在培养会计创新性人才中有着决定性的意义。本文通过对江西省会计学专业研究生进行差异化培养之后，通过问卷调查方式对其培养效果进行了一定程度的了解。问卷调查得出的数据揭示出一些在差异化培养过程中存在的问题，并据此提出相应地会计学差异化培养的完善对策。

| Abstract: | In advanced education system in China, accounting graduate education is to cultivate high-level accounting talents on the basis of undergraduate education, which has a decisive significance in the cultivation of accounting innovative talents. After a time of differentiation training of accounting graduate training in Jiangxi Province, through a questionnaire survey, this paper obtains a certain information on its effect：the survey data reflect existing problems in the process, and corresponding countermeasures are put forward. |
