基于标准分的课题评审方法及实证研究

课题管理是学校科研管理中的重要环节。如何科学、客观、准确地评价课题，减少评价的主观性和片面性，从而改变科研管理中的模糊状态，一直都是广大科研管理者的追寻目标。本文对天津体育学院某次课题评审为例，探讨科研管理中数据处理的新方法。研究发现，把传统方法与标准分处理结合起来使用有利于消除专家因素对课题分数的影响，有利于科学化管理课题，从而提高科研部门管理水平。

Project Evaluation Method and Empirical Research Based on Standard Scores

Project management is an important part of academic research management in university. It is a long-standing goal for academic research managers to evaluate projects scientifically, objectively, accurately and to change the ambiguous state of academic research management. This paper explores a new method of data processing by evaluating projects from Tianjin University of Sport. The research shows that the method of combining raw scores with standard scores was conducive to eliminate expert factor and scientific management of projects, so as to enhance the management level of academic research department.
