| Abstract: | The produced mechanism and harm of phosphate residues were studied, and the settlement characteristics of them in the phosphating solution was analyzed. On the basis, and accoriding to the company＇ s painting shop, a new type of phosphate residues removal device system and their management techniques were proposed. |
