摘    要:研究了稀土元素氯化亚铈对谷氨酸棒杆菌S9114的生长及形态的影响。结果表明,低浓度氯化亚铈在生长前期,对谷氯酸棒杆菌S9114的生长有轻微的促进作用,茵落和细胞大小略有增加;但随着处理浓度的提高和时间的延长,茵体的生长繁殖受到抑制。当氯化亚铈浓度大于0.531mmol/L时,茵落和细胞明显变小,大部分细胞的形态发生了改变。

Abstract:It was studied that the effect of the rare earth CeCl_3 on the growth,colonies and cell shapes of Corynebacterium glutaminum S_(9114).It was shown that low dosage of CeCl_3 slightly accelerated the growth of Corynebacterium gluamicumS_(9114), but the growth of Corynbebacterium glutamicum S_(9114) was inhibited as CeCl_3 concentration increased and time prolonged.When the concentration of CeCl_3 was more than 0.531 mmol/L,the sizes of colony and cell was decreased and the shapes of cells were changed.
