单相准Z源逆变器及其SVPWM控制策略研究

主要研究了一种新型拓扑结构的Z源逆变器,即单相准Z源逆变器.分析了其等效电路及其运行状态,并将空间矢量脉宽调制(SvPWM)技术应用到单相准Z源逆变器中,着重分析了调制的基本原理并给出了单相准z源逆变器基于SVPWM的控制策略.仿真和实验结果表明,相对常规Z源逆变器.准z源逆变器能够有效抑制启动冲击电流,显著降低Z源网络中电容器件的电压应力,从而节省整体成本、增强了系统可靠性.

Research on Single Phase Quasi-Z-source Inverter with SVPWM Control Strategy
