| 摘 要： | 企业在改革发展的进程中遇到许多新问题,给思想政治工作也带来新的挑战:职工思想观念和价值取向发生了新变化、思维方式发生了新变化、利益诉求发生了新变化、沟通交流方式发生了新变化、生活方式发生了新变化。针对问题必须有的放矢地开展思想政治工作,才能为企业和谐有效发展发挥保障作用。

| Abstract: | As the development and reforms press on,businesses have run into new challenges in ideological and political education.The new challenges include changes in workers' mindset and values,demands as well as new ways of communication and lifestyles.Businesses must conduct targeted ideological and political education tailored to specific needs so that they can pursue a balanced and strong development. |
