旋转式刮吸泥装置研究

油田采出污水的处理大多采用重力式沉降处理工艺技术,沉积在各污水储罐中的含油污泥如不能有效排出,造成各污水储罐出口水质(污水含油、悬浮物指标超过设计要求)超标,污水过滤装置负担过重,最终导致污水处理水质难以达标。为了解决这一实际问题,特对旋转式刮吸泥装置进行了研究。结果表明,在污水储罐底部安装旋转式刮吸泥装置可以有效排出沉积在储罐下部的含油污泥,达到改善污水水质效果。
