| 摘 要： | 机关干部队伍建设在干部队伍建设中占有重要地位,只有机关干部队伍建设上了台阶,整个干部队伍建设水平才会不断提高。从机关工作的性质任务和干部应具备的基本素质分析入手,结合当前开展的创先争优主题实践活动,对如何提高油田各级机关干部的素质和工作水平进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The development of ranks of government officials is pivotal to the building of the overall cadre forces.This paper started with analyzing the special natures of works and the required qualifications of cadres in government agencies and then went on to discuss how to improve the skills and work performance of cadres of all levels in Jianghan Oil Field echoing the current campaign of Work Competition. |
