摘    要:网状渗碳体级别超标是造成胎圈钢丝用C82DA盘条拉拔断丝的主要原因.为了满足用户对C82DA盘条拉拔性能的要求,需降低网状渗碳体级别.设计胎圈钢丝用C82DA盘条生产新工艺:在原有C82DA盘条生产工艺其他参数不变的条件下,加热炉加热段温度由(1 050 +20)℃提高到(1 070±10)℃,均热段温度由(1 100...
