摘    要:研究了采用VerilogHDL语言实现PC(IPeripheral Component Interconnect)总线设计方法,设计出基于PCI总线的多轴运动控制系统,在某公司的Cyclone系列芯片上实现了从设备模式PCI总线下的简化协议,并采用ModelSim进行时序仿真,满足凹印制版高速雕刻机对大量图像数据传输的要求。该控制系统以现场可编程门阵列为主控制器,通过制定速度控制策略,设计一套适合雕刻系统的柔性加减速算法,从而保证高速及高精度控制的要求。最后,将该设计方案应用于凹印制版高速雕刻试验样机进行验证。

Abstract:A method for designing the PCI bus using VerilogHDL was studied.To satisfy the requirements of large-scale image data transmission,a multi-axes motion control system based on PCI bus was proposed and the simplified PCI functions were realized in altera's cyclone chips and timing sequence was simulated by ModelSim.Then FPGA was employed as the main controller in this control system and an algorithm of acceleration and deceleration was designed specific to the engraving machine system to ensure the high-speed...
